With over 25 years of experience in nearly every aspect of marketing and design, I’ve learned that “The Work” often has a life of its own. And when produced with insight, passion, integrity and humanity, it can transcend business goals, outlast project timelines, and easily multiply revenue.

This is the work I seek.

I believe in asking my teams, my clients and my designers to think bigger about their ideas and challenges in front of us. To take responsibility for what you create. When done well, Creativity + Design + Relationships make everything more fun, more helpful, more sustainable and more profitable. I believe it takes time. It takes listening to those around you, before engaging with empathy and creativity to solve new problems in new ways. I believe in helping clients and team members open their eyes to innovative, strategic, and creative thinking. Doing this kind of work should have you excited about people’s experiences first, and improving a product second.

I deeply believe Design as a practice, helps bring clarity into our daily experiences. And can be a tremendous source for good in the world.

This is my mission: To clearly weave my personal and professional lives into one another with clarity and simplicity. To live my life with honesty, passion and enthusiasm. To make consciously-aware decisions about who I am and where I am, so that I may invest my time with authentic places and good people. To live as, and live with an active, engaged soul. To chase adventure and laugh as much as possible. To spend more time outside than inside. To learn and listen and breathe deeply. To do good in the world everyday with whatever I have. To be the best father I can, teaching my children to dream big, consider others and live healthy, balanced lives.

And lastly, to do my best and ask forgiveness often.
